Serving Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics across the country.
Some engagements need strategic direction. Some need hands-on problem-solving. Most need both. I help organizations make data-informed decisions and take practical actions.
Specialty Area
Rural Health Clinic Compliance
Rural Health Clinic compliance is my core specialty. I support RHCs across the full compliance lifecycle, from initial certification readiness through biennial review, deficiency response, corrective action planning, and ongoing advisory.
Broader Rural Health Support
Beyond RHC Compliance
I support rural health organizations more broadly across operations, operational efficiency, workflow, strategic planning, evaluation, workforce, technology, website user experience auditing, policy and procedure support, emergency preparedness support, accreditation readiness support, documentation review, training, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
What I Do Not Provide
Out of Scope
I do not provide billing and coding services, EHR technical support, and I do not complete cost reports. I can support the strategy, workflow, readiness, documentation, and operational alignment surrounding those areas.
Work With Me Pricing
- Standard hourly rate: $250 per hour.
- Project rate reduction: 20 percent reduction on individual projects expected to require 20 or more hours, applied to the project total.
- Travel: All work is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in the engagement letter. When on-site work is agreed, travel is reimbursed at actual cost, with the exception of meals, which are reimbursed at the current federal per diem rates, in addition to the hourly rate. Travel estimates can be provided in advance.
- Scope discipline: Agreed scopes of work are defined up front and adhered to. Changes are handled by mutual agreement or as a separate project. No surprise charges.
Fixed-Fee Packages
Defined scope. Named deliverables. A known price range your board or agency can plan around. Every package is anchored to the federal requirement it satisfies, verified against the live eCFR text, and every engagement is custom-quoted: the exact fixed fee, deliverables, and timeline are set in a written engagement proposal before work begins. No credit card checkout, no self-serve cart. Fixed-fee proposals that include on-site work name the number of included on-site days, so travel never sits open-ended.
