Services

Rural health organizations rarely need just one thing. The work runs from RHC compliance and survey readiness to workflow redesign, documentation review, strategic planning, and hands-on implementation. Whatever the entry point, the goal is the same: less friction, stronger execution, and a clear path from confusion to clarity. Real expertise, no jargon, no spin.

Scope

Specialty

Rural Health Clinic compliance is my core specialty. I support RHCs across the full compliance lifecycle, from initial certification readiness through biennial review, deficiency response, corrective action planning, and ongoing advisory.

Broader Rural Health Support

Beyond RHC compliance, I support rural health organizations across operations, workflow, strategy, evaluation, workforce, technology, networks, rural veterans access, federal and state agency coordination, policy, accreditation, documentation, training, and leadership.

Out of Scope

I do not provide billing and coding services, EHR technical support, or cost report completion. I support the strategy, workflow, readiness, documentation, and operational alignment surrounding those areas.
